As part of the SEND Collaboration work, funded by Cradle to Career, The Positivitree are delivering the following support to families, children and young people:
Support is provided one to one in the community at home or school, phone calls, text, email and Zoom meets. The Positivitree will work with families around empowering, reducing isolation, and improving health and wellbeing.
